Changing the country code on a access point

Can someone tell me what the command is to change the country on a 3602 access point (from the AP not wlc).

You can't.  They are set at the factory.

Flip the AP around.  Look at the product code.  Does the product code have something like "3602I-UX-K9"?

If the product code does NOT have "-UX" then you can't change the regulatory domain of the AP.

its hard-coded on Access Points so you muyst RMAed it if its not compatible to your country regulation.
