I have a Cisco 3502I Access Point that shows as registered in Prime Infrastructure but it is not accepting clients.  I have already deleted it,   added it back,  and it has been rediscovered by the WLC but it still does not accept clients.....  Can someone provide insight please?

Thanks.

Hi

Considering the SSID is not being advertised:

Make sure "Admin Status" is enable on the AP general page.

Make sure both radios is UP.

Make sure the AP is on the correct AP group, if you use it.

Considering the SSID is being advertised but clients can get in:

Make sure you are not using Mac list and client is not on the list

Make sure clients has the proper authentication method

-If I helped you somehow, please, rate it as useful.-

The Admin Status was not enabled.    Thank you........
