Hi,
I have two Cisco 4400 Wireless Controller. one is working fine but the other one is not reachable. Kindly advice how to troubleshoot.
Controller: - 4400 Series
Model: - 4404
Software Version - : 7.0.250.0

If that is the only output you get I think you will have to contact TAC
Dont know if the 4400's still are supported and if you have a contract on it?

Maybe TAC has some way of troubleshooting or rebuilding the bootprocess or it will have to be replaced.

Can you tell use what other troubleshooting you have done? There isn't much information for us to help you. Is the unit powered up and accessible via console? Is the ports up on the controller and in the switch? Can you ping the gateway from the WLC?

Sorry for the delayed reply. itried connecting through the console below is the details.

CPU: 833 MHz
CCB: 333 MHz
DDR: 166 MHz
LBC: 41 MHz
L1 D-cache 32KB, L1 I-cache 32KB enabled.
I2C: ready
DTT: 1 is 40 C
DRAM: DDR module detected, total size:512MB.
512 MB
8540 in PCI Host Mode.
8540 is the PCI Arbiter.
Memory Test PASS
It get stuck at this point. Kindly advice.

As we have not heard from you that what other troubleshooting you have done towards resolution.
