I have a client that's using Cisco Aironet 1830 APs as a controller and they have several devices on the network that need to be whitelisted or the equivalent because they turn off and aren't able to reauthenticate. Does anyone know of any features that can provide this kind of functionality? Or would the site have to get a controller?
Thanks!

You use AP1830 in Mobility Express mode.
ME means one of the AP doing Wireless Controller.
You have several possibilities:
a) more complicated = use RADIUS server or ISE-PIC for whitelisting devices.
b) simple = in menu: Wireless Settings > WLAN Users, under tab Local MAC Addresses define your whitelisted devices.
You can also use function to import or export whitelisted MAC addreses.
See the attached picture.

Thanks for the reply! My sw version 8.3.143.0 doesn't support this feature and I looked throughout all the available documentation on subsequent versions and was unable to find this feature. Could you tell me what version you got the screenshot from?
