Cisco aironet connected to the wifi but not internet

i have a cisco aironet 2504 wireless controller and cisco 1600 series AP.

I have issue getting internet access on the mobile devices but I do not have any problem for the notebook to get internet access.

debug mac addr <client-MAC-address xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx>—Configures MAC address debugging for the client. ( on WLC cli)

after key in the debug mac address(Client Mac address), no result return.
