Hi,

The correct question is 'does it supports external RADIUS?'

YES, it does. I mean, not only ISE but also ISE.

Take a look on the docs.

Yes It support External Radius, but how about Guest Access with Cisco ISE Portal.

It is the same logic.

See here:

"A number of WLAN Security options are supported on Cisco Mobility Express solution and are outlined below:

OpenP

WPA2ersonalP

WPA2nterprise (External RADIUS, AP)

For Guest WLAN, a number of capabilities are supported:C

CMXGuest Connect

WPA2 Personal

Captive Portal (AP)

 CaptivePortal (External Web Server)

Mobility Express is for quick and simple installs. They have limited features also. Just like with other manufacturers, if your requirements are feature rich, then use a controller.
You can probably get a WLC 2504 or the WLC 3504.

How about coa or url redirection ? , I have integrated my other 5520 controller using couple of Access list one for redirection and another one for Internet Only Access.
