Cisco ISE + WLC NAC

Hello All,

I have a problem with a kind of method authentication.

I was configured Mac filtering and Open authentication in my SSID, but when I mark option in NAS State as Radius NAC and then Apply the WLC give me the information:

Request Failed - Radius NAC is available only for WLAN with 802.1X/WPA/WPA2 Layer 2 security.

So I need this configuration for sucess in authentication and I cant to do this.

Somebody could help me ?

What do you have on the WLAN Layer 2 security?

Security is none (open)

Hi,

My WLC SW version: 8.0.152.0

I am using SSID with

1. Layer 2security as NONE, MAC filtering enabled.

2. AAA override enabled

3. NAC state is RADIUS NAC 

and its working.

So change these setting on SSID and try again.

I am using SSID with

1. Layer 2security as NONE, MAC filtering enabled. (the same)

2. AAA override enabled (the same)

3. NAC state is RADIUS NAC (whem I choose this option and click Apply the message show me that not is possible to do this)
