Cisco Mobility Express - Excluded Client

Hi All,

We are running Cisco Mobility Express v8.3.133.0 on 2800 Series APs.

One of the clients has been excluded and won't connect.
From CLI, I used following command to delete the excluded client but the client still wont' connect and goes into exclusion list.

config exclusionlist delete <MAC Address>

Any thoughts?

Check if client is using the wrong password!

1. try to ignote/forget the wlan on clinet

2. delete the mac address of clinet from Exlusion list

3. try again to connetc to wlan with correct password.

Hi Sandeep,

Thanks for your reply.

I've tried all these already, nothing worked.

I've now disabled client exclusion and able to connect now.

Still wondering if there's a way to fix this without disabling this feature?

HI,

I would recommand to upgarde the 2800 AP software to 8.5.151.0 and then test it again.

FYI: 8.3.133.0 version is already deffered from cisco so dont use it.

Regards
