Cisco WLC 2504 additional APs liciense

Good day.

We have WLC 2504-15-K9 with pre-installed liecense for 15 APs

Now we need to increase number of supported APs up to 40.

So what type of liecense should we bought for this solution ? And whats the steps of liecense instalation on the WLC in that way ? Where I can find an actual guide ?

Hi @hatterfix ,

I think you can opt for this license:

L-LIC-CT2504-25A

This adds 25 Aps to your current 15 APs.

You need to buy 1 "25 Access Point Adder License " if the WLC support 15 AP now plus 25, you can achieve 40 APs.

The  part number is "L-LIC-CT2504-25A" is you want to receive you license by email or "LIC-CT2504-25A" if your want to have a paper with the license.
