Mobility is something that just works. A simple test is to test with an open SSID and see if you still have issues.  Can you isolate the issue with a specific device?

Thanks scott,

First step is open SSID but we couldn't run this on live network and all types of devices like mobile, laptop.

Mehedi

This test is to see if open works fine. This can mean that your WLAN configuration is the issue if your using psk or 802.1x.

I am using psk but why should open network required if everything is working in open after all this not useful.

Mehedi

When troubleshooting you always want to test with an open SSID. Because if everything works during the testing, it's your configuration that's the issue.

Hi Scott,

I have same to problem too. I am using WPA+WPA2 security and authentication key is FT PSK and PSK format please check the attachment.

I am looking forward to your expert suggestion.

Regards,

Yasib

Does all your devices support 802.11r?  Try to disable this and verify that roaming works fine assuming you have more than enough RF coverage and channel overlap.
