CleanAir Operational Status Down

Hi Guys,

Quick question.

I'm enabling CleanAir on my AP's, but the CleanAir operational status is DOWN. Why is it down when I've enabled CleanAir?

Could be a bug.

Try to reload one of the affected APs. Does the CleanAir come up?

You have to enable Clean Air Feature under: Wireless-802.11-CleanAir globally for the WLC

Hi mate,

You can go to Wireless/802.11a/n/c/ CleanAir and make sure "Enabled" option is checked.

This should be same process for 802.11b/g/n.
