Hi ,
We have just finished installation of 12 AP 1552 as access points , clients are 7925G phone , after installation and configuration all clients can register and access to AP's in wireless environment but in IP we can't access to phones from our servers ,
For your information all phones and AP's and Ct5508 Controller are same subnet .
We need install and configuer all 1552 just as Access points in 2.4Ghz , we don't need any mesh configuration .
As for test we tried to connect to network by Laptop PC , it connected to access points but no network .
I apprecited your help and let me know how to configure Controller and AP's .
Thank you

Sounds like a configuration issue. First off, you need to explain how everything is setup. Are all the mesh AP's connected to the network either with fiber or copper? They are all joined to the WLC and are setup in bridge RAP mode? Switch ports are configured as a trunk or access?

Hi ,
Thanks for your reply ,
1- All AP's connected to network vis Cisco 2960G Cooper port.
2-All AP's joind to WLC and we set static IP address to all of them . ( WLC Firmware version : Air-ct5500-k9-7-2-103-0 but are going to upgrade it to AIR-CT5500-K9-7-2-111-3 )
3- There is no vlan configured so they are in same vlan and 2960 switch port is in access mode and untagged )
4- We didn't set all AP to RAP but for test we set one ap as RAP and in client satus report in main page we checked 3 phone connected to this AP .
5- We can ping ALL AP's in entire network fo example form 2960G and CT5508 and even from 2811 Router that CME installed
Regards.
