CMX presence - some APs not returning data

Hi All,

 

Using CMX Presence v10.6 trial licence with WLC8540 v8.5.140.0. 

99 APs configured in (100 APs is the limit with trial licence)

All APs registered to the same controller.

All APs are returing data except for 9 x APs in a specific location.

The majority of 99 APs configured in CMX are 2702i, including the APs not returning any data.

 

I have very limited experience with CMX. Anyone have any ideas as to why the APs in a specific location are not returning data to CMX? Is there anything I can look at on the controller which might give me some indication?

 

Any help appreciated.

Hey, sorry for the delay getting back to you. - No we just use CMX presence currently.

I resolved the issue by deleting the site and re-adding the APs. it was just strange that all other sites in the same area were returning data.
