Hi,
I’m a newbie in the Cisco World, so please bear with me.
We have a WLC 2504 with 13 AP.
I have created 2 SSIS. One for corporate usage and 1 for guest access. The corporate SSID is working fine. Devices get their IP address from Windows DHCP server.
I would like to know if I can use the internal DHCP service to provide the devices on Guest SSID? The idea is to isolate both network. Guest SSID is strictly for Internet access. Is there a better way to achieve this goal?
Thanks for your help.
Sebastien

Local mode APs?
If you go into Controller --> Interfaces --> Guest interface --> Define WLC Management IP as DHCP relay server.
Define a local DHCP scope matching Guest subnet.
PS. Internal DHCP server is really not recommended to use in production environments. Nevertheless, it should work pretty good.

DHCP server IP address on interface is WLC management interface IP address.
