controller virtual with version 8.9.111

Hello

i have a controller virtual with version 8.9.111 and i have controler moblity express 1815i with version 8.8.100 

so i need how I  can join this acces point 1815i with controller virtual with version 8.8.100 ??!,

what is the solution ?, If i transform this contrroler to accces point or version ??? that this 1815i join to controller 8.8.111

Change 1815 AP to CAPWAP and then try to join to vWLC.

As we do for rest of the APs to register WLCs.

Broadcast or DHCP Option 43 or DNS.
