Yes

the 1852 is compatible with the 3504 WLC

See the compatibility matrix here:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/compatibility/matrix/compatibility-matrix.html

Yes I nknow, but in this case I talk about 1852C the "wlc".

I need to now if it is possible convert it from wlc to capwap ap and than join it to wlc3504

All you need to do is change the ap type to capwap by logging to AP cli and use the command "ap-type capwap". For the instruction on how to go to AP cli from controller mode on ME and commands to covert AP please check the section "Converting an AP from Mobility Express to CAPWAP Type" in the document below:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/mob_exp/82/user_guide/b_ME_User_Guide_82/appendix.html

Yes, you can convert 1852 ME  to CAPWAP and join the 3504 WLC.

1. connect to the AP console port

2. Go into AP Cisco Shell:
(Cisco Controller) > apciscoshell

3.  Log back into the AP again
Go into enable mode:
(Cisco Controller) > en

4. Change to CAPWAP mode:
(Cisco Controller) > ap-type capwap

The AP will reboot one more time, then it will be in CAPWAP mode.
