Determining Interference in Wireless PCAPs

Hello Experts,

Do we have any means to determine the wireless interference from the wireless PCAPS?

The QBSS Load Element in the Beacons reflects other useful information but not the interference.

Not sure if any field in wireless pcaps can help us obtain the same?

Hi former colleague,

There is no way of determine tehre is interference from any element of the header but only utilization.

In order to find if there is interference in the neighboourhood the only way to do it is using a spectrum analyzer like Metageek's Chanalizer or Ekahau's Sidekick among others.
