Dissociation with end devices AIR-AP1815I-A-K9

I have an AP 1815i which is connected by means of a power injector to a Switch WS-C2960X-24TS-L. This App is associated with a Cisco Aironet 3800 Series Mobolity Express. The behavior is that it has difficulties to associate end devices and it usually stays blinking in green color since it has nearby devices to connect. I hope you can help me discover what it is or how I can solve this behavior. Thank you.

Blinking green is not normal, that means it's booting (in most cases). It should either be solid green or solid blue (unless the 1815 behaves differently).
What is the uptime of that AP?
Does it show as UP on the 3800?

Hi Patoberli.

The uptime is 3 days 20 h 40 m 20 s

And YES, the 3800 shows it as UP.

I'm very sorry, my previous answer is wrong :(
It seems Cisco uses different LED patterns on the 1815I. Here what they mean:

So yeah, chirping green is actually normal if no client is attached.

On what power level are the radios?
I assume the radios are UP?
What firmware version is running on the 3800?

Thanks for the reply. You are right, reviewing the documentation, the behavior is normal, my problem is that the final devices that you want to associate are just below the AP and do not associate them.

The transmit power is automatic.

Yes, the radios are up.

The firmaware version is 8.8.125.0

I'm no specialist with ME sadly.
What power level is set on the 1815 radios?
Can you run a "debug client macaddressofclient" and then try to connect to that AP? Turn off wifi on the client and on again while you are near the AP. Not sure if that works with ME though.
