Dropping connection from one ssid

Team plz help regarding one issue at specific area. Actually there r 6 ap and users are moving from one area to another area using one transport which we use in warehouse and it is one warehouse. They are using tablets both ios and android. When they moved using that transport connection is drooping. 

 

Plz help what need to b checked.

You need to give us more information and configuration like :

 

what is the WLC - what version

what is AP Model

what IOS/ Android version running.

 

Do you have Fast roaming enabled / also ATF (Airtime Fairness) ?

 

Post us some our out of logs when the user lots the connection from AP to understand more better.

where i check below question

 

Do you have Fast roaming enabled / also ATF (Airtime Fairness) ?

 

but under the ssid there is one option FAST Transition that is enable and reassociation time out 20 sec.

Do both areas, including the transition area, have adequate WiFi coverage?
How big is the area of the warehouse and how big is this area of transition?
I think 6 APs are inadequate.
