EPC3925 Bandwidth control

Hello Cisco community,

I need ur help. I have EPC3925 router/modem problem. I searched for hours but i just cant find bandwidth control on 192.168.0.1 site. I need to set net speed (per ip) of some users on my wifi network. I've done that easly on the other router before i got Cisco one. Please guys tell me how to do bandwidth control if its possible and if not can u tell me how to set bridge mode on this router.

I don't think this old device allows speed settings per IP.

Please note, it's possible that your ISP is not allowing this and blocking the setting.
