The Mobility Express access point will get an IP address from the DHCP server. • This is the IP address of the access point and NOT the virtual wireless LAN controller. • You will have to manually configure the IP address of the virtual wireless LAN controller during setup. • Also, both the access point and virtual wireless LAN controller MUST be on the same network
if you do not connect wireless, but wired,
can you see if any DHCP adresses are issued on your local dhcp-server/router/modem?
can you access the controllers IP?
(sometimes you need to explicitly enable management over wireless)
