we have two 5508 WLC in HA SSO ,Now need another guest anchor controller,its not clear as 3504 will work with 5508,The table shows no 3504 with 5508 on guide.
The 3504 will act as an anchor either alongside a 5508 (as a separate unit obviously), or with 5508 as the foreign WLC no problem, as long as you run the same version of code on each and with the same config for the WLANs.
Remember though, the 5508 will only run up-to v8.5 code.
