Guest wifi disconnects frequently.

Hi,

I have built new VWLC but some clients especially I phones disconnect frequently from guest wifi and they have to re-authenticate to connect.

However, it works fine for i phones if i connect AP to old WLC.

Please let me know if i missed out anything while building new WLC.

Be a responsible and be considerate.  How is anyone expect to provide any assistance if there is zero troubleshooting?  WHEN I get a case like this I throw it back to the sender with the note "no relevant information".

I am new in wifi..... this is just my first implementation. If you are saying about any troubleshooting then yes i have did it with my limited knowledge.

In logs it shows that clients connecting smoothly and disconnects abruptly.

Idle time configured is of 36000 secs.

if you want me check any settings let me know.

What troubleshooting data can you present?

In logs it shows that clients connecting smoothly and disconnects abruptly.

What is the duration when the clients disconnect?  Minutes?  Hours? 

What kind or wireless clients?  Laptops?  Tablets?  Smartphones?  

Are the wireless clients mobile or stationary when this event occurs? 

What is the signal strength of the wireless client(s) when this event occurs? 

What radio/protocol do the event occur most?
