Guest wireless setup not working on 5500 series WLC

I have a 5508 core WLC with a 3850 as the local controller for an AP3G2-K9W8-M Access Point.  The 3850 and the core WLC both have the wireless guest WLAN configured.  My client can see the wireless LAN.  When it tries to connect, it fails.

Can you give me debug commands that I can run on the AP, 3850, and/or WLC to try to determine why it won't connect?

This is what i understand regarding your setup

5508 Anchor Controller --- 3850 Foreign Controller --- AP -- Client.

You can run this command on controller to know why client is not connecting : debug client <MAC Address of Client>

Also create a test WLAN with no security to verify if the client connects or not ?

Regards,

Ashish C

Thanks! I ran the debug - but I haven't found anything in it yet to help.  Hopefully I have overlooked something that will help.

I created a test wlan with no security and it is not connecting either.  Any additional thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Please attach show tech from both controller and AP.

Also check if you have MAC Filtering enabled on the WLAN under layer 2 security ?

Thanks - MAC Filtering is not enabled.  Will take a bit to get the show tech.

Sorry for the delay - here are the show tech outputs for the AP and the controller.

Have you enabled new mobility on 5508 controller ?

Both the controller are in same mobility group and there control and data path is up as well?

Also check this document to configure mobility : http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/technology/5760_deploy/CT5760_Controller_Deployment_Guide/Mobility_Architecture.html

Thanks, I will review those docs and look into your questions.
