Hello Rasika,
I means I want to know if it is possible to verify how many users could utilize one credential concurrently even if no user real access the network, just use the cli to verify the max login value, like CIsco easyvpn we could define how many user could login the same time with one credential.
Because a customer complain his IPAD and IPHONE can not authenticate successful, so I suspect the max login number count is 1.(his laptop has login with his credential already)

> show netuser summary
Maximum logins allowed for a given username ........Unlimited
This example shows how to display detailed information on the specifies network user:
> show netuser detail john10
username........................................... abc
WLAN Id............................................. Any
Lifetime............................................ Permanent
Description......................................... test user

Hi DuJin,
Have you tried
"
"
WLC -- Security -- AAA --- User Login Policies
If you set it to 0, means no limition.
