Iphone4 h-reap connection failure

Hi

I have 24 other devices quite happily associated with either of the two h-reap AP's (1130) on a 2112 WLC[6.0.202.0].

I cannot get a couple of Iphone 4's to connect.

I have looked at the debug attached and believe the problem might be with DHCP.

To get this far I had to increase the EAPOL-timeout to 5000mS.

I hope you can suggest something which will help connect these devices.

Thanks

Richard

How is the wlan ssid configured?  Make sure that you either only have wpa/tkip or wpa2/aes configured, not both at the same time.

WLAN only configured for WPA2/AES.

Richard

I have never had any issue with my iPhone connecting.  Did you verify the iPhone confiuration and that they didn't fat finger the key?

Tested that on a non-hreap connection and got "Received EAPOL-key M2 with invalid MIC from mobile" message for that.

Non-Hreap Iphones connect ok.

Only appears to be certain Iphone4s on the h-reap AP's as there are 6-Intel, 7 RIM, 5 Apple and an HTC mac addresses connected perfedctly well.

The other change I tried was to disable client load balancing.

Richard

Well... you shouldn't use that client load balancing anyways.  That will cause you more grief.  I don't know what else you can do as I have no issues with mine on h-reap..
