Hi All,
I have a ISM-SRE-300-K9 module installed in a 1941 router. This SRE was originally preloaded with a CUE application and it was reinstalled with a WLC application version 7.0.220.
I have the following issues with licensecing. Please see the attach image. I have uploaded a permanent license for ap-count but the base license still shows as evaluation. From the ciso website I understand that the base license usually comes preinstalled along with a evaluation ap-count licence from the factory and its free of charge. In my case after the fresh install I dont know why the base license shows as evaluation. I tried downloading a base license rom the cisco licensing site but the it failed to install.
Anyboy please advice how could I make the base license type as permanent?
