Lost AP license after WLC reload

Hi All, 

Observing strange issue : After reload of WLC in HA mode, observing some AP licenses disappeared from total AP license count.

steps followed for the change : 

- broke the HA 

- reloaded

- Disabled the unused ports ( as this was cause of change )

- rejoined the WLC in HA

- Done

post reload WLC was missing some AP license count.

I am running 8.5.140 version.

Model : 5508

Could you please help me how should I recover and what did miss.. ?

did you save the config before the controller restart ? if yes then...

I would recommand to open a TAC case.  That isn't right at all and probably there is something wrong with the WLC.

Thanks for the prompt response, 

When HA was broken box itself asked for saving the config and I have saved the config.  I will soon open the TAC case.

That is not normal at all. Opening a TAC case is what I would also recommend.
