mcs value in beacons

Hi,

I have attached mcs part of the beacon  of an 3702 ap .There all bits are set to zero . 

What does it mean ?

The higher the MCS index that is enabled, the higher the maximum transmission rate is. For example, MCS index 15 has a maximum transmission rate of 300 Mbps while MCS index 0 has a maximum transmission rate of 15 Mbps.
