1. That is a 'feature' of older AireOS - nothing you can do about it. Fixed in the latest versions.
2. Don't understand your question - passwords can be set to anything you want and have nothing to do with booting.
3. You can disable CDP on ME but that has nothing to do with client to client traffic. To block peer to peer you need to enable that feature on the WLAN - see https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/technotes/8-7/b_cisco_mobility_express_8_7/b_cisco_mobility_express_8_7_chapter_0110.html and look for Peer to Peer Block
4. Yes refer to the release notes and compatibility matrix for which models are supported
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/technotes/8-5/b_cisco_mobility_express_8_5/b_cisco_mobility_express_8_5_chapter_00.html
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/compatibility/matrix/compatibility-matrix.html#pgfId-393660
5. Bug in software - open a TAC case with Cisco to report it. Given that it's cosmetic, ME is legacy, 8.5 is not far from end of life - very unlikely you'll see a fix for it because it will be treated as low priority.

2. What I mean if I forget GUI or SSH password on ME Controller.
Can I reset the password without factory reset which will loosing all configs.
What I can think is by cancelling Autoboot and type something there
That how to reset password on Unix. I think it should be the same method on ME

1. I'll try when I get latest fw

3. haven't found peer-block on my old GUI. I'll check on latest fw
CLI

check active wlan
> show wlan summary
in order to enable peer-blocking, we need to disable wlan first
> config wlan disable 1
enable peer-blocking
>config wlan peer-blocking drop 1
enable wlan
>config wlan enable 1

4. found the answer here
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/mob_exp/810/release_notes/b_ME_RN_810.html
but haven't found upgrade path for 8.10 in the release notes

5. need to check on latest fw

ME password recovery has been discussed before - you will lose your config:
https://community.cisco.com/t5/wireless-and-mobility/cisco-mobility-express-wlc/td-p/3036665

I found this solution on youtube
Don't cancel autoboot on Controller
User:Restore-Password
Enter User name: admin2
Enter password: ********
Reenter Password: ********
User: admin2
Password: ********

On "Enter User Name", create a temp admin account, but don't use existing user a/c
Once you login using temp admin a/c. You can reset existing user a/c from GUI

That's for AireOS WLC - have you confirmed it worked for ME too?
And if it does you don't need to create a new account you can just reset the admin account directly at that prompt with username admin.

1.
(Cisco Controller) >show inventory
Burned-in MAC Address............................ 00:B6:70:94:00:A0
Maximum number of APs supported.................. 50
NAME: "Mobility Express" , DESCR: "Cisco Aironet 1830 Series Mobility Express"

2. Don't reset existing user a/c. The behavior is adding but not resetting.
Enter User Name (or 'Recover-Config' this one-time only to reset configuration to factory defaults)
User: Restore-Password
Enter User name:Admin
Enter password:********
Reenter Password:********
Error:Either you are trying to add an existing entry or an internal error happened.
You can either reset the system, or go to the login prompt
Would you like to reset the system[y/n]:

5. Correction on Jakarta Timezone
Timezone location................................ (GMT +7:00) Saigon, Hanoi, Bangkok, Jakatar
should be Jakarta not Jakatar

haven't corrected on latest 1832i ME image ver 8.10.113.0
Could someone inform Cisco please because I don't have contract
>show sysinfo
System Timezone Location......................... (GMT +7:00) Saigon, Hanoi, Bangkok, Jakatar

Like I already explained - Given that it's cosmetic and ME (and in fact AireOS in general) is now legacy - it's very unlikely that you'll see a fix for this because it will be treated as sev 6 (=lowest priority) which are normally only fixed if there is a business case (meaning economic impact and affecting Cisco sales) from a big enough Cisco contract customer. I doubt that anybody will be prepared to open a TAC case just to get a bug opened for this I'm afraid. You'll just have to live with it which I'm sure won't be very difficult ;)
