i followed this upgrade procedure:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/mse/release/notes/mse8_0_130.html#pgfId-1538911

Did you clear the browser cache and made sure it's not just a cache error?

hi, from the mse cli itself i keep on issuing the /etc/initrd/msed status command to confirm but its really still showing the old version. even rebooting for the second time after upgrade doesnt help.

ok resolved. the previous version needed to be uninstalled first. but i dont know why it was not mentioned on the upgrade procedure.

cd /opt/mse/uninstall

./uninstall

Ok, that sounds bad.

Based on the release notes, you first must upgrade to 8.0.120.0: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/mse/release/notes/mse8_0_130.html#pgfId-1538911

That might be the reason it did not work.
