NCS Prime notification receivers "down"

Hello. I have created some northbound trap receivers on ncs prime and these are operational status down. Version 1.3 of prime. Any ideas on what this means? Thanks

I also have a problem with the notification receivers.

When creating the receiver the operational status is UP and SNMP traps are sent and received but after a few minutes the notification receiver goes DOWN

Running version 2.2.0.0.158

Please make sure your setting/configuration are correct once .

For me it was solved by installing the maintenance release:
