Network issues when users connecting to WIFI

Received this from a user, any ideas where to start??

Bit confused as they when WIFI is disabled the problems go away but then they say this is happening cabled and on WIFI.

After testing at a site yesterday the issue appears to be to do with the two APs. If a user is cabled and also has WiFi on they tend to experience network problems (I also had issues) web sites just hang, Skype calls drop out printers show as offline. If the users disables WiFi (Alt F12) these problems all go away. have just spoken to staff onsite and they are still having connectivity issues both WiFi and LAN. Corp appears to be dropping off and users keep finding themselves on Guest. This is happening both whilst cabled and on WiFi. They are having issue with Skype calls dropping out. They say this happens all over the office with some days being worst then others.

So the user has both wired and wireless interface UP?

Hey, thanks for your reply.

Yes the user has both Ethernet cable and connected via WIFI.

When they have this they experience Skype issues, slow speeds. When they turn the WIFI off it works ok.

Also when connected to the Corp WIFI and Ethernet the Corp WIFI appears to be dropping off and users keep finding themselves on Guest

So you have computer that have both wired and wireless UP & UP?

Are the wired and wireless IP address under the same subnet?

If wired and wireless IP address are different subnet, RTP doesn't work well with recursive routing.

Yes I believe so.

No Wired use 10.12.242.0/25 and 10.12.241.0/25

Both Skype and normal web browsing is laggy and drops off the wireless when using both

Use either the wired OR wireless. Don't attempt to use both.
