New AP1830 SSID disappear

I have new 1830 with Mobility Express ver 8.10.121 installed 

CABLING
PC > POE Adapter (no switch) > AP1830
all using straight ethernet cable

PC Ethernet IP: 192.168.1.101
AP IP: 192.168.1.201

PROBLEMS:

1. After configuration, no SSID appear in my 2.4GHz pc card although broadcast enable.
2. I can't ping AP from my PC

How to I fix that

SOLVED
-need to configure ME DHCP Server

UPDATE1:

1. when client connect to SSID STAFF, they didn't get 192.168.1.x ip address but get 169.x.x.x ip address
Here DHCP Scope settings

UPDATE2:

1. I can get dhcp ip if using handphone as client but not in my pc.
I think I need to update my wifi driver
