No Expert View on cisco mobility express

Hello,

I am installing the new Cisco AIR-AP2802I, I have converted it to cisco mobility express to be a controller. I need to setup the tacacs here, but I am not able to switch it to Expert view. This option is not there. Kindly see attached. What should I do? The IOS version is AIR-AP2800-K9-ME-8-3-143-0. Do I need upgrade it, or load some license?
I am total beginner with wifi APs, I am very happy I was able to convert it to mobility express and make it connected. 
Please help me.

Hey,

Great work on getting it installed and setup! I think Expert View is only available on later codes (8.4+) so i advise you to upgrade to code 8.5.140.0 if you can and try again.

Alternatively, you can try to configure TACACS via CLI (config tacacs..) but I can't recall if that's available in 8.3 or not. Either way, TAC recommend 8.5.140.0 for ME at the moment.
