Not getting a completed authentication handshake?

Hi, I have recently put in place a local wireless network to serve approx. 70 iPads that have a custom built application on them.

3 x 1702i's

1 x 2504 controller

1 x switch

70 x iPads

Now I could break down the whole thing but I'm wondering if there is a simple answer. Basically, I am using WPA2 with PSK on an SSID that is broadcasted.

The problem I have is that I am not getting a "tick" next to the SSID on the iPads. However, I am getting an IP address and all the information that is displayed on the settings page on the ipads. It just has a continous "loading" symbol. BUT I am getting full network access and it is parsing data freely.

Is there a significance in not getting the full tick? What could be the reason for this? There is no internet access on this network, so could this have a bearing on why Im not getting a tick?

Since you told , client is getting the Ip and network access, it is just a loading symbol ( wait status ) in ipad. can you try forgetting the ssid and scan and attempt to connect again?
