Power Over Ethernet (PoE) not working on WLC 2504

I have connected a 2602 AP to one of the PoE-ports on a 2504 WLC running ver 7.5.102.0. But there's no PoE going to the AP, and it doesn't turn on. There's probably something I have misunderstood here so sorry for asking this stupid question, but why doesn't it work? I checked out controller>ports and all interfaces are there but no PoE.

PoE is not available if you have LAG enabled only if it's disabled.

Cisco started supporting LAG on v7.4 which is what a lot of customer wanted. However, PoE gets disabled when LAG is enabled, so it's sort of a trade off.

Hi,
Normally port 3 and 4 are the POE ports on 2504 Wlc.
Check it again if it is right ports.
