Prime Infrastructure 3.1.0 Guest Users Expire/Schedules in 3's

Hello All,

We have guest user accounts scheduled throughout the year and passwords are generated daily for our guest wireless ssid.

Just recently, I noticed that out of the 8 we have scheduled daily, only 3 go active.  If I were to manually schedule a guest user, it automatically expires at the time it's supposed to go live.

Any thoughts or ideas are greatly appreciated.

Hi,

did you select the end time corerctly ?  specially the date !!!

if still not working then try to create a acocunt with unlimited life time and check!!

I scheduled an account with unlimited life time and at the time it was supposed to go live, it expired instead.

This morning, a different 3 went active compared to yesterday.  For whatever reason, I can't schedule beyond 3 guest users.

Thank you for the recommendation though.  If you have any other ideas, feel free to send them my way.
