Problem discovred 1815i to WLCV

Hello

i have Cisco Virtual Wireless Controller with version 8.9.111.0  and i have 13  acces point 1815i cisco 

but the problem    that only access point 1815i is not discovred by wlcV      and all 13 AP  are same version 8.5.140  .

so   wlcV can dicover 12 AP but only this AP1815I  is not disovred 

so i send two output  and i wait from expert wireless a reply and solution for this AP1815I  that is not discovred !!!

Console into the ap and reboot the ap. Post the output in a text file so we can see what the issue is.

the problem appeared on the cable side: bad cable because I'm trying to connect the AP 1815i  directly to the switch 2960 
the controller see this AP ...!!  so we try to replace the cable

The attached files do not contain any useful information. 

Like what @Scott Fella requested, console into the offending AP and reboot.  Post the entire boot-up process.
