PSRT or SNT contract associated with Cisco Prime running over VM

Hello Experts, 

I need to run Cisco Prime over VM. Need to comprehend:

a) Part number to be considered in CCW.

b) The support part number that should be added. For the Prime running over VM, I believe the support involved covers only the TAC cases.
