QoS per user or per SSID

Hello,

I am following instructions from this link http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/8-3/config-guide/b_cg83/b_cg83_chapter_0100010.html#d14882e792a1635 to configure QoS per user or SSID

The problem is that I can only see what you can find attached; I have no option to configure any kind of data rate under QoS profiles or under WLAN configurations.

I have disabled 802.11a and 802.11b/g networks so that you can configure the QoS profiles. But still no option for data rates.

Any help would be appreciated,

2504 controller do NOT support Bandwidth Contract.

with the latest software version(8.0 or higher)..yes it is supported.
