I have a query on Autonomous AP Wireless bridge. Can we have point to multipoint setup ? i.e., one root bridge and multiple non-root bridge associating to that root bridge ?

The guides are pretty old but autonomous is autonomous.  Just search for Cisco Autonomous Bridge multiple vlans and you should find a bunch of examples.

Short answer is yes you can do point to point to multi-point with autonomous bridges.

Documentation on Autonomous mode APs is becoming very hard to find.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/atnms-ap-82/configuration/guide/cg-82-book/cg-chap1-overview.html

Just keep in mind this when planning it:

The throughput is reduced depending on the number of non-root bridges that associate with the root bridge. With a link data rate at 54 Mbps, the maximum throughput is about 25 Mbps in a point-to-point link. The addition of three bridges to form a point-to-multipoint network reduces the throughput to about 12.5 Mbps
