MESH-6-ADJACENCY_STATE_MACHINE_STARTED: Mesh adjacency state machine started
Not in Bound state.

It seems this AP came with mesh image. Therefore you have to add AP ethernet MAC address under (Security -> AP Policies -> Add -> 1572 Ethernet Mac Address [cert type MIC] -> click Add)

Then AP should get registered and then you can change it from Bridge mode to local & you can roleback above configuration.

If AP Radio issue persisting, I would suggest to upgrade WLC code to 8.5.151.0 & test it again (it is most likely a software bug)

*** Pls rate all useful responses ***

I tried to upload the new firmware (8.5.151.0) but for some reason it says: LWAPP image version 8.3.141.0

How would you upload the firmware? maybe I am doing something wrong

Thank you

First you need to register AP to WLC with current version.

Then you need to upgrade your WLC 8.5.151.0

HTH

Rasika

Figured out that the network card inside the AP is burned.
