Regarding Licences transfer from one wlc to another wlc

Can someone tell me how we can transfer license from one wlc to another wlc. Plz let me know it is urgent.

if it's due to a TAC replacement, TAC can generate the new licences for you.

If its due to a WLC upgrade then you will need to negotiate with your Cisco account manager as they are tied to the serial number and not normally transferable.

Hello Team, 

I am talking about AP License. 

My Local WLC : -- it has 40 AP License. 

My Central WLC -- it has 150 AP Licenses. 

I want 50 from Central WLC to Local WLC.

Hi @jain.manish94 

It is not possible to transfer the base licenses (that come installed along with the purchase of the controller) to another controller. For rehost  add license you should contact Cisco Team.
