I have to ".lic" files to re-host licenses (to get some form standby and import into primary).
What is the procedure to import such ".lic" file into standby HA SSO WLC? Should it be done via primary and it will be pushed automatically to standby?

I haven't tried in my LAB. All I can say is call up TAC and have them rehost the license.
Info: Only adder license can be rehosted, base license can't unless an RMA has been issued.
