Smart License not be consumed?

We have several 5520 WLC....they have smart license tokens and are registered on the portal....we have two types of license in the virtual account for WLC......AIR-DNA-E-T (few hundred of these) and LIC-CT5520-1A (13 of these)......when a WLC checks in to grab a license they always pull from the LIC-CT5520-1A and when those are exhausted we go out of compliance?  Why are the AIR-DNA-E-T license not getting consumed?

Hey this sounds like a question for your local cisco partner but I would try creating a new virtual account and moving separating the DNA licenses from the traditional licensing then de-registering/registering the WLC with smart licensing again via a new token issued from the new virtual account... let me know how that goes as I'm intrigued haha!

Looks like there are some bugs in the 8.3 WLC code as is relates to Smart License is the feedback we are getting.....8.5 seem to be a better place to be.
