Solution for point to multi point in cisco which should support min 10 kms

Hi 

I have 289 locations where for every 5 to 10 locations i want to create a P2MP connectivity where the distance between 2 locations will be from 5 kms to 10 kms. Is there any solution in Cisco. If yes can you brief me on this.

What is the use case here ? You do not have Fibre / DWDM here ?

Personally  Microwave is quite expenssive if you want to deploy this kind of solution. (until there is no options available for you)

I appreciate this is a Cisco forum, but if you have any reasonable number of users you really would be better looking at none WiFi technology, especially over long distance.
