taking too long to connect to wifi

My problem is the clients taking too long to connect the SSID in my wifi network.

In the WLC, I saw the following log message.

%LWAPP-3-INVALID_AID2: spam_api.c:1791 Association identifier 2 for client XX;XX:XX:XX:XX is already in use by XX:XX:XX:XX:XX for AP XX:XX:XX:XX:XX slot 0 vap 1

Anybody can explain me that are those logs showing the cause of the problems or not?

Have you tried with PSK or OPEN authentication?

It's currently using PSK, haven't try open authentication yet.

Thanks for your advice.

So just to be sure, the reason of wifi taking too long to connect is this bug?

In some content, some say it's CSCtn52995 bug.
