three AP 1815I-E-K9 not joined controller 5520 although seven pcs already joined

I have one remote site with 10pcs ap 1815I-E-K9,7 pcs joined controller 5520 but 3 pcs not joined although these 3 pcs are pingable from wlc,support please

can you console to the non working AP and paste the bootp process logs.

also paste the output of these commands:

sh sysinfo from WLV

sh version from AP

Unfortunately, it is remote site and I can't log in to AP now but may below information useful:

Whihc country code you configured on WLC ? any europian domain!!!

Check if date & time is corerctly configured on WLC!

if above these points are are corerctly configured and still not joining then downgrade AP software to ap1g5-k9w8-tar.153-3.JD16.tar  or Upgrade wlc to 8.5.151.0 and give a try.
