Try to reset the AP to factory defaults. Once it's booted (takes around 5-7 minutes) you should see an SSID where you can connect wirelessly to it.
I think the AP requires a valid DHCP IP address on the LAN for this.
Also, I suggest you upgrade to 8.8.111.0, as this fixed many other bugs.
See here for the manual: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/mob_exp/88/user_guide/b_ME_User_Guide_88/getg_started.html

I try to Upgrad to 8.8.111   but how i can reset cisco moblity Express to    factory defaults  per commande CLI ????????

so that allow me to upgrade to 8.8.11 !!

if i used this commande  yes or NO ???????  to rest this ME to factory defaults  !!!!

(Cisco Controller) > config ap unifiedmode <switch_name> <switch_ip_address>

i wait please you answer !!! thanks in adavance

You will find the information in the manual I linked you before regarding the upgrade.

For the factory default, check: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/12-4_21a_JA1/configuration/guide/scg12421aJA1/scg12421aJA1-chap4-first.html#wp1103218
Use the first variant with the Mode Button, that's the easiest.

i don't find this commande on Cisco Moblity express 8.8.100

i send you  a file  in 1815i

i don't find this command  erase nvram ?????,

How i can i would  reset the AP1815i  to factory defaults  that allow me upgrade !!

For a start, just reset it and get it working with your current 8.8.100.0 release. That should work.

To reset it (do the second variant):

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/1815/quick/guide/ap1815igetstart.html#pgfId-79276
o use the mode button, press, and keep pressed, the mode button on the access point during the boot cycle. Wait until the status LED changes to Amber. During this, the AP console shows a seconds counter, counting the number of seconds the mode button is pressed. Then:
* To reset the AP to the default factory-shipped configuration, keep the mode button pressed for less than 20 seconds. The AP configuration files are cleared.
This resets all configuration settings to factory defaults, including passwords, encryption keys, the IP address, and the SSID. However, the regulatory domain provisioning is not reset.
* To clear the AP internal storage, including all configuration files and the regulatory domain configuration, keep the mode button pressed for more than 20 seconds, but less than 60 seconds.
The AP status LED changes from Amber to Red, and all the files in the AP storage directory are cleared.
If you keep the mode button pressed for more than 60 seconds, the mode button is assumed faulty and no changes are made.

I followed the steps but the file is not delete and   but the Led is red

i would this AP cisco Moblity Express 8.8.100 upgrade to 8.8.111 .. ?

How do that ??,,,,,

Don't do the upgrade yet, first get it working and serving wireless clients.

First, please show the output of:

Show version

This should show if you are running a Mobility Express image (which I think you are).

It should look similar to this:
cisco AIR-AP1852E-UXK9 ARMv7 Processor rev 0 (v71) with 997184/525160K bytes of memory.
Processor board ID RFDP2BCR021
AP Running Image : 8.2.100.0
Primary Boot Image : 8.2.100.0
Backup Boot Image : 8.1.106.33
AP Image type : MOBILITY EXPRESS IMAGE
AP Configuration : MOBILITY EXPRESS CAPABLE
0 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces
0 802.11 Radios
Radio FW version . 1401b63d12113073a3C08aa67f0c039c0

NSS FW version : NSS.AK.1.0.c4-0Z026-E_cust C-1.24160

If the part "AP Configuration" is not the same as above (Not Mobility Express Capable) follow this guide here:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/technotes/8-8/b_cisco_mobility_express_8_8/b_cisco_mobility_express_8_8_chapter_01.html

But I think yours is ME Capable. In that case you should now see a new wireless SSID named CiscoAirProvision.

you can acces for remote access  for this AP 1815i Moblity expres with Team viewer  ???????,

i need your answer Yes or No  to accpet remote acces

i give you ID .. please help me for this 1815i that allow me to upgrade to 8.8.111

because the   config is remain and not delete ???,,

For a software upgrade, you require a TFTP server in the same LAN segment as the accesspoint, plus you require the update.

Do you have both?

If yes, login via console to the AP and run the following command:
ap-type mobility-express tftp://IP-address-of-your-tftp-server/AIR-AP1815-K9-ME-8-8-111-0.tar

reset system

The above line is only in the case your AP is NOT running a mobility express capable image.

If it is running Mobility Express Capable Image, then the upgrade is:

transfer download datatype ap-image

transfer download ap-images mode tftp

transfer download ap-images serverIp

transfer download ap-images imagePath AIR-AP1815-K9-ME-8-8-111-0.zip

transfer download start

reset system

Mind the different images you require, depending on the mode the AP is working in (show version).

No I can't help you with team viewer from here, sorry.

I try  there command  and tell you ASAB ....

thanks in advance
